Kathleen D. (Robinson) Jones

Kathleen D Jones 88 passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 6th 2026. She was born February 16th 1938 to Harold & Kathryn (Willems) Robinson in Fox River Wisconsin. Kathleen attended grade school at the Fox River Grade School in Western Kenosha County, Wilmot grade school and Holy Name grade school in Wilmot WI. She graduated from Wilmot High School with the class of 1957. She spent her early years in Wilmot Wisconsin. On January 27th 1968 she was united in marriage to James L Jones in Wilmot. Following the marriage they resided in Wheatland Wisconsin. She was employed by Wheatland Center School where she drove school bus for 16 years. She also worked at Watlow Gordon in Richmond Illinois for 5 years. Kathleen loved the outdoors, she loved hunting and fishing with her family. Kathleen also had a love of camping and spending time with her Grandson.

Kathleen is survived by her Children Mary (Brian) Koldeway, Laura (Dan) Drissel and James (Jonell) Jones Jr. and one Grandson Hunter Drissel.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Sister Joyce (Ray) Brandes, Brothers Robert (Rosie), Richard (Annie), James (Marilyn) Robinson and infant Sister.

There will be a Celebration of Kathleen’s life at The Barrel Room at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds (30820 111th St Wilmot WI) on Saturday August 29th 2026 starting at 2:00 in the afternoon.
