Izayah "Joseph" Sablan Santos

Izayah aka “Joseph” Sablan Santos, age 47, of Racine, WI, formerly of Agat, Guam, passed away March 30th, 2026, at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. Izayah was born on September 22nd, 1978, to the late Vicente De Gracia and Patricia Sablan Santos.  Izayah was married on June 21st, 2016, to Margaret Camacho Santos.

Izayah is survived by his children, Jovin Cruz, Troy Ungacta Cruz, Devin, Ikai’a, Ma’Leaha, and I’zaylynn. He is further survived by his five siblings and their children. Kenneth (Joan) Casil Sablan, and their children; Tricia Lyn (Alan) Baleto, Josheric Mesa, Kenneth Junior (Kirstin) Thames, Keith Shaun, Kenneisha Maureen, Joseph, Ashley, Anthony, Natashia, Shawn Michael, and Kelani.  Brother Philip (Esther) Salas Sablan, and their children; Keith John and (Francine Cruz) Diego, Adrien Paul, Vincent Anthony. Sister Joanne (Thomas) Kilian and their children; Jarred George, Joaquin (Maria Perez) George. Frank (Tricia) Santos Sablan and their son, I’zayvier. And youngest brother, Vincent Junior Santos, and his children Vinecia, Vincent, Vandrick, Veronica, Violet, and Vance Santos.

A visitation for Izayah will be held on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at Integrity Celebration Center, (2789 Browns Lake Dr., Burlington, WI), from 3 pm until the time of the funeral service at 4:35 pm.
