Christine L. (Rydzik) Leick

Our dear mother Christine “Chris” Leick (nee Rydzik), formerly Christine Miller, sadly passed away on July 30th, 2022, at the age of 66. Chris was born on July 27th, 1956, to the late John Paul and Jeannette (nee Feltes) Rydzik where she grew up and attended St. Thomas and Waterford Union High School. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Waterford WI. Her passion was taking care of children as evident by her many years working as a daycare teacher. She loved Mickey Mouse and the color red. Chris had a love for life and family. Her favorite quote was "Love you to the back of the moon".

Chris is survived by her children; Richard (Jaime) Leick, Janice (Matt) Lambert, Jessica (Craig) Biwer, Nicole (Travis) Luedtke, Billi (Michael) Morgan, Kimberly (Travis) Squires, Christina Leick, and Anthony Leick. She is furthermore survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. Chris is also survived by her siblings; John Rydzik, Dawn Werth, Judy Sampson, Donald Rydzik, Paula Rausch, Susan Rydzik.

Chris is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Scott Miller, and her second husband Richard Leick. She is further preceded by her siblings, Joyce Lech, Cindy Rydzik, Debbie Rydzik, and Peter Rydzik

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 20th, 2022, at 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Whitford Park's The Ray Seidel Building, (625 S 1st St, Waterford, Wisconsin 53185).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be donated to a cancer foundation of your choosing.
